American Legion Supports Veteran

American Legion Post 347 commander Terry Briggs presents a check to House of Hope, a substance abuse treatment center in Wildwood, to support a veteran currently in their program. The Legion has committed to provide a monthly check for this veteran until he completes the program.

Malcolm Mosley, Executive Director of House of Hope, stated “We are overwhelmed by the generosity and support of the American Legion. We appreciate their sponsorship which will help this veteran as he works to break the chains of substance abuse.”House of Hope is a nonprofit residential substance abuse treatment program dedicated to helping men reclaim their lives from addictive behaviors, while healing their families and making better communities. House of Hope welcomes men without regard to background or addiction and helps guide them to a path of health and wholeness in Christ; arriving broken but leaving whole.
