Pastor Malcom Mosley
Executive Director
Attended the University of South Florida with an emphasis on finance and accounting. He has been a small business owner and served as Administrative Director for the HUD Program in a local community. Currently he is the Administrator at House of Hope. Pastor Malcolm graduated from the program in 2007 and has a deep commitment to the House of Hope. His goal is to continue to seek opportunities to assist in the advancement of Gods Kingdom and utilize his extensive experience and skills in management, ministry, public relations and leadership to break the chains of addiction and give hope to the men at House of Hope.
Joe Wilson
President
Joe has been a resident of Florida since 2001, moving here from Alabama. He was involved in various governmental, business and education arenas during his professional endeavors. Serving in God's ministries has been and continues to be an important part of his life, as well his family. He hopes his love for the Lord, his fellow man and this ministry having a special place in his heart will be a strength for the board.
Randy Cline
Vice President - Operations
Randy has a Master of Science in Criminal Justice degree from Saint Leo University and is a Florida Native. He is a retired Navy Chief and Federal Government employee. He currently serves as the Trustee Chair for the Wildwood United Methodist Church. As a person in recovery from addiction for nearly 30 years, Randy understands the struggles of addiction and the power of faith to achieve sobriety and become a productive member of society.
Gene Barton
2nd Vice President
Gene has been an area resident since 2007. Gene is a graduate of Purdue University and retired as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Rosemount, Inc. a division of Emerson Electric. Gene brings to the Board a knowledge of leadership and planning. The growth of the program and its development of the students into more productive Christians and the reduction of substance abuse are important goals for the Board.
Randy Benjamin
Treasurer
Randy is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Loyola University. He is a retired Chief Financial Officer for several manufacturing companies in Northern Illinois along with being the past Treasurer of New Covenant United Methodist Church in The Villages. Randy has been a resident of The Villages area since 2011 and hopes to use his experience in finance, accounting, and planning to strengthen the organization and further the the outstanding work of this program to help these students return to a productive life.

​Bill Keen
Board Member
Bill Keen began Salescorp in Wildwood in 1999 and expanded the company to meet the needs of his customers. A native Floridian, Bill also currently serves as the Sumter County Supervisor of Elections. Bill brings his business knowledge and his drive to serve the community to the Board. Bill and his wife reside in Wildwood and have 3 children and 1 grandchild.
Bob Harman
Board Member
Bob Harman served on the Board of Cleveland Teen Challenge in his native Ohio for 30 years after God transformed his son’s life through the program. Retired from a successful career as a general contractor, Bob spends his time using his skills in church related work repairing and remodeling and doing whatever needs to be done. Bob brings to the Board his passion to help men who have taken the wrong path in life
Jill Beck
Board Member
Pastor Jill Beck serves as the Co-Pastor of Wildwood United Methodist Church. She is our newest board member. A biography will soon be posted for Jill.
Edna Nelson
Secretary
Edna Nelson has been a Floridian since 2006. She graduated from East Carolina University, Greenville, NC with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and completed her Nurse Practitioner certificate and a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC. Edna worked in a variety of health care positions in direct care, education and management finishing out her career in sales in health insurance related companies.
Edna and her husband Jim are members of New Covenant United Methodist Church where she has held several positions of leadership. Edna and Jim have also served with the Residents Encounter Christ jail ministry since 2007. She enjoys working with the House of Hope students in their meal planning and is pleased to serve on the Board. In her early life she saw the impact of addiction and particularly alcoholism among close family members and then in her nursing career saw the physical, mental, and spiritual damage first hand.
